Q. Do I have to be subscribed to access courses?

A. Signed in, yes. Subscribed, no. You’ll have to create an account to sign in to Magnifi U and start taking courses, but you won’t have to subscribe until after our free BETA trial period has ended.

Q. How do I cancel or change my subscription?

A. Since this is a free trial of our BETA version, when the trial period is over, your login access will expire if you choose not to subscribe at that time..

Q. Is there a student discount?

A. We’re still working on our subscription pricing plans, but for now, this free BETA trial is discounted as much as it possibly can be!

Q. What do I have access to during my free trial?

A. Whether it’s one of our Magnifi U Originals or a curated course from one of our partners, you are free to explore all of the nearly 120 courses we’ve activated on our platform. And we hope you do!

Q. Why do you ask so many questions in onboarding?

A. What makes Magnifi U different is our ability to curate your course recommendations and your journey with us. The more we’re able to get to know you and your preferences, the more you’ll get out of Magnifi U. And to be clear – we will never sell your data.

Q. What will the platform cost after the free trial?

A. We’re still working on that, but the short answer is that we’re going to price Magnifi U to be accessible to everyone who wants to be more of who they truly are. But since you bring it up, what do you think is a fair price for Magnifi U? Tell us here.


Q. Will there be different subscription options?

A. There’s only one subscription option during our BETA trial – the free one!

Q. When the trial is over, how can I sign up?

A. We’ll be in touch with subscription information as we closer to the end of the BETA trial period. We’ll also add a subscription button to the site as that date draws closer.


Q. Can I turn on accessibility settings with Magnifi U?

A. Yes! You can set up your accessibility preferences during onboarding or at any time after that process is complete. Just go to your profile under Preferences & Accessibility, and we’ll walk you through the process.

Q. What tools does Magnifi U recommend to enhance accessibility?

A. For most users, a desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile device is all you need to get the most out of Magnifi U. If you require additional software to meet your interaction needs, we have a few recommended tools such as screen readers and speech-to-text tools in your profile under Preferences & Accessibility.

Coins, Points & Badges

Q. What can I spend my coins on?

A. We don’t have anything for you to spend them on yet but go ahead and collect your coins during our free BETA trial period! When you subscribe to Magnifi U, they’ll transfer to your account after our full launch. At that point, our store will be up and running!

Q. What’s the difference between coins & points?

A. It’s a pretty simple formula: 1 Point = 1 Coin. Points accumulate and drive the leaderboards, while coins can be spent on items in our store. After you spend your coins, they’re gone from your account, but your points remain.


Q. How is the experience personalized to me?

A. With a little bit of science and more than a little computing power, we’ll keep track of the courses you take, your preferred style of learning, and the things you react to within each course. Our algorithms will take that input and curate a journey that maximizes your experience and results.

Q. How often will new courses be released?

A. Our team is already working on our next round of courses, and our plan is to launch new courses every month.

Q. Can I retake a course?

A. You sure can! In fact, we take it as a compliment if you decide to retake any of our courses.

Q. Is there a time limit for taking a course?

A. Not at all. Consume all the content at once or take all the time you need. The idea is to learn and develop at YOUR pace – not someone else’s!
